Option 1: Pure rental

These prices shown are for unfurnished properties.
Option 2: Try before you buy
This enables you to rent any of the above properties for up to 3 years, with fantastic cash back if purchased within this time period. If another property by the same developer is purchased within the first year, it could be the property being rented or any other property by the same developer. If you decide to purchase within 2nd years, you will recover back your rental cost less 15% against the purchase price. If you decide to purchase within the 3rd year, you will recover back your rental costs less 25% against the purchase price.
The Try before you buy rental costs are as follows.
- La Calma. 2 bedroom apartments adjacent to Lliber Village. 500 € monthly unfurnished or 550 € monthy furnished (with a standard furniture pack).

This offer does not include the furnished option on either of the Residencial Bon Sol or Bellavista townhouses. Alternative arrangements negotiable. The "Try before you buy" option is entered into contractually with you and the letting/sales company and an up-front bond is required being the equivelant of 1 months rental or 2 months rental if furnished.
