Copper piping with electric water heater of 200 litre capacity.
WASHING MACHINE: One connection,
according to plan.
DISHWASHER: One connection in the
kitchen, according to the plan.
BATHROOM
FITTINGS (per bathroom): Model
Meridian by ROCA or similar quality. Model SIDNEY by ROCA or similar
quality in the main bathroom.
BATH TUBS:
Model PRINCESS in steel 170x75 or similar. Model Malibu cast iron
170x75 or similar quality in main bathroom
WATER TAPS (per bathroom): Model

residentials areas.

chosen by the client out of more than fifty models, including border
tiles in the living room. (OPTION 2: the line of border tiles cannot
be longer than 12 metres. There is a limit of four models per house,
including terraces.)
WALLTILES: Premium ceramic to be
chosen by the client out of more than fifty models. Includes 2 rows
of border tiles in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchen. (OPTION 2:
there is a limit of three models per house)
TELEVISION: Serial connections in the
lounge and bedroom, according to the plan.
TELEPHONE: Serial connections in the
lounge and bedroom, according to the plan.
AIR CONDITIONING: Pre-installation in
the lounge and bedrooms.
HEATING: Gas powered, by water run
radiators, pre-installation through out the house.
VENTILATION: In the lounge and
bedrooms. Ventilation system with modules of injected plastic and
filters that maintain a pure and healthy environment inside the
