ROCA or similar quality.
BATHTUBS: Model PRINCESS in steel
170x75 or similar quality.
WATER TAPS (per bathroom): Model

FITTED KITCHEN: Fitted kitchen or
enlargement of the kitchen already defined with upper and lower
cupboards in post formed melamine to be chosen by the client out of
more than 25 models for villas.
SINKS: Kitchen sink of stainless
steel, model J351 by ROCA with basin and drainer.
WATER TAPS: Water tap model VICTORIA
by ROCA or similar quality.
WORKTOPS: Granite worktop to be chosen
from four types. (Cristal, Peda, Mandarin and Porrino). Worktop with
double rectangular edge.
ELECTRIC HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES
FRIDGE: 240 I capacity, to be built-in
and framed, supplied by Whirlpool or similar quality.
HOB: With 3 gas plates and one
electric plate.
OVEN: EDESA, 4 programs, with timer
and rotating grill, or similar quality.
EXTRACTOR HOOD: Extra flat extractor
hood TEKA CNL 2000 or similar quality.
FINISHING MATERIALS
FLOOR TILES: Premium ceramic to be
chosen by the client out of more than thirty models. (OPTION 1:
there is a limit of three models per house, including terraces)
WALL TILES: Premium ceramic to be
chosen by the client out of more than thirty models. Includes 2 rows
of border tiles in the bathroom and 1 in the kitchen. (OPTION t:
there is a limit of two models per house).
TELEVISION: Connection in the lounge.
TELEPHONE: Connection in the lounge.
AIR CONDITIONING: Pre-installation in
the lounge and main bedroom.
VENTILATION: In the lounge.
Ventilation system with modules of injected plastic and filters that
maintain a pure and healthy environment inside the house (system
