BUILDING SPECIFICATION

FOUNDATIONS: With unidirectional forging, an edge of 22+4 cm, made up of semibeams, concrete top stabs and a welded-wire mesh according to the EHE Rule, built into a 20x42 reinforced concrete bond-beam block, concreted wall joints and corners according to Technological Rules, lightened concrete blocks.

EXTERIOR WALLS: Made up of a 20x40x20 lightened concrete block, thermal insulation at least 3 cm thick, 33x16x7 inside partitions.

PARTITIONS AND PROTECTIONS: Partitions made of 33x16x7 hollow double brick, 33x16x11 protections, 33x16x4 cm cupboard fronts and plating of pillars, ventilations, etc.

ROOFS: The building roof will be made by the formation of slopes with cockloft slight wands and hollow brick slabs; on it, the corresponding waterproofing protection and compression layer will be placed with paint. Curved Arab tiles to finish off. All the passable terraces will have a waterproofing protection, which will be built into the faces, and thermal and acoustic insulation when they are placed on the house.

COVERINGS: The outside finish will be made with cement and plastic paint, the colour to be chosen by the Architectural Supervision Team. The inside finish of the houses will be made with machine-applied piaster, both in vertical and horizontal faces and white paint.

FALSE CEILINGS: Plain plaster false ceilings in kitchens, bathrooms, toilets, hail and also in those areas where it may be necessary due to the air conditioning or the installation of plumbing. It will be placed with rocker arms. All the houses will have a plaster moulding, which will be separated from vertical faces at least 2 or 3 cm. Plastic paint, two layers, preparation and sanding included. "CONSOLAN" paint or similar.

FLOORS AND TILING: In houses, earthenware floors and tiles made up of cement mortar and river sand; in bathrooms, toilets and kitchens, with a frieze according to the design. Floors in outside surfaces, crossings and pavements, will be a "BOOMANITE" continuous paving or similar, according to the chosen drawing and design.

PREFABRICATED: All the terrace and roof protections, as well as the weather board, will be made of artificial stone and will have throating. Likewise, all the terrace drains and gargoyles will be made up of "U-shaped" artificial stone. ; :

EXTERIOR WOODWORK: Made of white aluminium. All the woodwork will include pre-mounted door frames and joint hiding, in the bedrooms and the living room, with blinds.

GLAZING: In the ground floor and the first floor, safety glasses + Climalit in 6 + 6 + chamber + 4 = 20 mm.

WOODWORK: Of Mukali wood.

Size of the frame in the accesses: 13cm, in bathrooms and kitchens 11 cm, in the bedrooms 9 cm and in the wardrobes 5 cm.

The frame will be that called "block door" or similar.

In the living rooms and kitchens, French doors.

The wardrobes will be lined with wood panelling and have sliding doors.

Door handles chromed stainless steel. The main door to get into the house will be a white aluminium reinforced door

BATHROOM FITTINGS AND TAPS: ROCA bathroom fittings, Serie Dama colour or similar, in the main bathroom JAVA washbasin, with a Serie COPA piece of furniture or similar.

Baths will be acrylic, Serie ONTARIO 80x80 shower. Double sinks will be installed. Serie HENARES sink or similar with a piece of furniture. Serie M-2 mixer taps in the bathrooms and MONODIN in toilets.

PLUMBING The installation of the inside plumbing will be made by means of copper pipes. They will be laid out always through the false ceilings or vertical faces. There will be a centralization of meters in the ground floor, with three meters each block. Hot water will be individually produced by means of an electrical boiler.

SANITATION: Separate sewer system for waste and rain water. PVC conductions. In bathrooms and toilets, there will be a siphon trap; in kitchens and laundry rooms direct to the down pipe. All the down pipes will be ventilated.

AIR CONDITIONING; Pre-installation of air conditioning in ail the houses.

ELECTRICITY: Exterior lighting in the ground floor of the building will be Serie FENIX (f-12020) BJC or similar. In the terraces, it will be Serie CAPRI BLANCO or similar.

The power supply will be distributed by means of a centralization of meters in the ground floor, with individual derivations to the houses.

The estimated power for each house will be 5.75 Kw.

All the conductions will be laid out through the false ceiling or the top of the vertical faces.

The houses will have 2 TV sockets, 1 telephone socket in the living room, as well as the corresponding four circuits, lighting, other uses, washing machine-boiler-dishwasher and cooker, for a power of 5.75 Kw.

Serie BJC IBIZA BLANCO or SIMON 33 BLANCO mechanisms or similar.

INSULATIONS: Elevations, to protect vertical and horizontal walls in contact with the ground, will have a high density polystyrene membrane with semi-conical relieves, DONDALINE or similar.

In roofs, those areas in contact with the houses will have a ROOFMATE LG thermal insulation.

The slopes will be made with mixed expanded clay.

The chambers will have a WALLMATE CW or similar thermal insulation.

Sewer system pipes will have a CUBRETUBERIAS acoustic insulation.

FIRE MANAGEMENT: the building will comply with NPL-96 legislation.
