External carpentry:

• Aluminium structure lacquered with maximum quality Thermal Bridge Rupture (Technall).

• Noise framing type climalit, of double glazing with intermediate chamber.

• Motorized blinds with remote control (Technall), of aluminium laquered with maximum quality (Technall or similar).

Interior carpentry:

• The access doors to the apartments are protected with a security lock, manufactured in oak veneer on both sides with a panoramic spyhole and chromed fittings of the finest quality.

• The internal doors are of grooved design with 40 millimetres veneered in Dm on both sides in order to lacquer and with hidden fittings of the finest quality steel.

• The sliding doors are made with hidden waffler • slabs of Krona make, with no noise when sliding.

• The apartments have wardrobes with sliding doors, with interiors complete with drawers, shelves, shoe racks and chromed hanging bars. The open fitting rooms have the same fittings as the closed wardrobes. Lined with plasterboard in two layers and noise framing, pointed and with plastic vinyl matt finish In all apartments.
