Gypsum rendered in all the house. Plaster false ceilings on
bathrooms, kitchen and wherever needed.

High quality tiles on bathrooms and kitchen, combined with decorative patterned tiles.

• EXTERIOR CARPENTRY

Building access doors made of aluminium, with electronic opening, and safety lock. Lacquered aluminium windows, and lacquered aluminium monoblock blinds in all windows, except the ones in the garage, utility-rooms, kitchens and bathrooms. Thermic glazing 4-6-4 Climalit or similar.

aluminium or similar handles, with drawers. Glass-ceramic hob,
electric oven, and decorative extractor hood with fan. Granite hob
with stainless steel sink. Dishwasher pre-installation. Chrome mixer
taps.

• UTILITY-ROOM

Stone sink. Electric boiler. Washing-machine pre-installation.

• FLOORING

High quality ceramic gres.

• PLUMBING INSTALLATION AND SANITARY

Porcelain bathroom fittings, manufactured by Roca or similar. Chrome mixer taps. Bathroom unit with marble top, and encrusting wash basin, in bathroom.

Individual air-conditioning pre-installation.

• ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

Installation of TV and telephone points in ail the rooms. Simon
series 31 mechanisms or similar.
