Outer railings with vertical decorative iron bars.

  • Inner partition walls: Inner partition walls are in 7-cm brick rendered in plaster with plaster mouldings around the edges.

  • Floor tiles: Ceramic floor tiles throughout the building in rustic style stoneware. Floor skirting's in the same material. Terraces have non-slip floor tiles in a colour similar to the tiles indoors. Back patio tiled in earthenware. The inside staircase has steps in the same material as the floors, with wood nosings.

  • Wall tiles: Walls tiled in large-sized matt wall tiles decorated with friezes or listels.
